Each distributor (tenant) on the Reppix platform receives a fully isolated database. Your data is never shared with or accessible by other tenants. Data is stored on encrypted servers hosted in the Middle East region. Backups are performed daily and retained for 30 days.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: - Cloud hosting providers for data storage and processing. - WhatsApp Business API for delivery and invoice notifications. - Email delivery services for alerts and reports. - Payment processing services where applicable. - Google Maps for route optimization and GPS tracking.
